How long does shipping take?
Our orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, our standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days for delivery. Please note that these are estimates and can be affected by factors like customs processing and carrier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.
Where do you ship from?
We work with a network of trusted fulfillment partners and suppliers to source our products. This means your order may ship from various locations, allowing us to offer a unique and diverse range of items. Rest assured, all products are inspected for quality before they are sent to you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email us at support@xtremepassion.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without receiving authorization from us first.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. The best way to get a different item is to initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at support@xtremepassion.shop with the subject line "CANCEL" and your order number. After 24 hours, your order may already be in the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.
