Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+): 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, and peak holiday periods — may affect delivery times.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partners and shipped via major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and their international equivalents. The carrier used for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 may be subject to a shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@xtremepassion.shop. We can correct your address within 24 hours of order placement. After that window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Lost or Stolen Packages
XtremePassion is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@xtremepassion.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
