At Xtreme Passion, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product we carry and want you to shop with complete confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. To qualify for a full refund, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unaltered: The item must be in the same condition as when it was received — unused, undamaged, and unmodified.
  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and included parts.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid order confirmation is required for all returns.
High-Value Electronics Return Policy

Due to the nature of high-value electronic items — including laptops, tablets, iPad Mini, soundbars, and handheld gaming consoles — the following additional conditions apply:

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any opened-box return on high-value electronics. This fee covers the cost of inspection, testing, and repackaging.
  • Fee Waived for Defective Items: The restocking fee is automatically waived if the item arrives defective, damaged, or is not as described.
  • Original Condition Required: The device must be returned in like-new condition with all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging intact. The serial number on the returned unit must match the original order.
  • Data Removal: You are solely responsible for removing all personal data from any device prior to return. Xtreme Passion is not liable for any personal data left on returned devices.
How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with step-by-step return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as Xtreme Passion is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — no restocking fee, no return shipping charge.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window.
  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, and final sale items.
